At Haighfield Park we do not impose age restrictions on any static caravans or lodges so you can enjoy the full experience, no matter what the year of your holiday home.
Yes, we are a dog-friendly park! Dogs are very welcome here, we love seeing happy hounds enjoying their holidays with their owners.
Our current annual pitch fee for 2026 is from £3,950 inclusive of VAT, including waste disposal and local water rates for the 12-month season and this is payable in full on the 1st March annually.
No, we do not allow subletting or renting on our park as we are exclusive for owners only, however, your close family members and friends are welcome to use your holiday home.
No, you are buying a holiday home along with the right to occupy a pitch on the park, providing you pay the annual pitch fees and adhere to the park rules, but you are not buying the land.
Other than your annual pitch fee, you would also pay for electric and gas which you only pay for what you use.

No. Haighfield is a holiday park only, not residential. You must have a main address as your permanent residence, which you holiday home cannot be.
As a small family run holiday park availability is much more limited than at larger parks with many vacant plots we only have a small selection of quality pre owned holiday homes available from time to time along with the occasional brand new holiday home because of this opportunities to purchase don’t come up very often and homes tend to sell quickly when they do.
